Second time reviewing bad service aka "Rain5g"

So I reviewed Rain5g just last week, and immediately after like less than an ahour my internet was on, but only 4 days then off and still is off I called it in asked them to call me back when my airtime cuts but whilst explaining everything I heard no response and it was like I was put on mute, but the call kept running for almost 4mins till my airtime ran out and still nobody contacted me, I'm done, I just want my money back for all the days I had no internet, "but paid" I have other subscription I also pay monthly which I need the internet to be able to use it, but I'm loosing left right and center, thanx to "Rain 5g" I honestly can't recommend Rain 5g to anyone because of their lack of service and professionalism.
