Second poor service review

I complained before because our wifi was cut off even though we paid ,but now that the issue is finally sorted out after it only happened again today .Only after a staff member was yelled at and made sure to look at the proof of payment ,it's still cuts off or juat doesn't work ,even writing this review is a pain because it took a long time just to get signal .Fix this issue before it gets even further out of hand ,and not just for me everyone else that struggles with this stupidity.
