Second Hello Peter complaint, 8 calls later, 2 escalations and still no luck

Second Hello Peter complaint, 8 calls later, 2 escalations and still no luck to replace a defective SIM that was delivered, called in and waited 7 mins for someone to answer, after explaining my problem they line went dead but the call was still active. Should I cancel my contract?
