Second attempt with Rain

So this is my second attempt to get real help from Rain. Posting on Hellopeter is the only way to get a reaction. I have been struggling with speeds around 0.5mbs for almost 2 months. I am paying for 10mbs. I got an email to change some settings. It didnt work. Does your product not work in my area? Do something for goodness sake. I am sure you are aware of people loosing their minds because of this.
