Seasonal Rain

I’ve been with Rain for 8 months now. Since last month, I have been receiving offers to upgrade. I think the mistake I made was looking at the offers after signing in to my account. These offered are unsolicited. Since receiving these offered, - I’ve actually come to the conclusion that it’s because I haven’t accepted the offer- my internet service is now consistently consistently being interrupted. I’m pretty sure that Rain is intentionally messing with my service in a bid to force me to upgrade. Just today, I have had to reboot my devise 8 times.
