SEAMLESS TRANSITION, YOU IDIOTS

Rain is the worst, have they nit heard of seamless transitions. I switched to that ****** 5g nonses and they shut down my wirking 4G before even verifying that the 5G is working okay. Now I'm stuck witb no network and they keep telling about the 24 hour registration period. Why nit wait until the 5G is up and running before disconnecting my 4G. I haven't had network sine 16:00 and no help is available. How am I supposed to work now. SEAMLESS TRANSITIONS!!!!!look it up if you have no idea what it means ****** idiots. I've called over 3 times and I still have nothing but a ref number to show for my efforts.
