Scan off a network provider

I have a bad experience with this network you pay them but can’t get anything from them send them emails no response it just a ****. It is supposed to be 19 hours but u can only connect for 2 hours but you pay for 19 today I am going to reverse my money **** them and cancel the debt order I have been paying for the last 3 months with the same problem
