******** sies!!!!!!!!

Okay so I canceled my rain subscription in May, and after cancelling my subscription I thought that I am done with them. A month later (Jun) I see that they deducted money from my account. So I went on the rain website into my account and then I saw my account was opened again. So I canceled again. A month later (Jul) i see they took money again. So I started sending them emails, saying that they should refund me for the months that they took money from me. Beginning of this month (Aug) they took money again. I don't hear anything from them, all they do is send me reference numbers via email.They don't answer me. Guys please do not use Rain as your internet service provider.
