When Rain hit the market in 2020 promising major speeds in my area and for the modem to be mounted outside, I fell for it... Spent the month hanging it from every possible location and could barely get 2mps. Last week I thought the new and improved modems would be better. 2 years to get their act together. Now I am lucky to have a signal at all. I might get 1mps but usually running a speed test just comes back with no connection response. I plugged it in on Thursday last week and I DEMAND you collect it and refund the money spent and having to tether off phones at a huge cost just to connect to laptops. Don't be fooled. Please come and collect your made in China junk and refund my money immediately.
