I have never seen such *********** network provider like rain, last month, I opted for the 5g,paid it, it was OK and they delivered, all of a sudden on Tuesday, a consultant called me saying they gave me someones package and they have to switch off my services due to that, I mean I paid for the service aswell, how am I supposed to carry on with my work? They did switch if off, been struggling to work coz I have to buy data or travel to the office, while I paid for the service, I mean who's problem was that? They don't even care how I carry on, they only cared about what I pay, but what exactly did I pay for? I'm so annoyed and curse the day I even thought of being your customer, you ********.
