******** AT ITS BEST!!!!!

So I cancelled my R479 subscription in July, came 15 August 2022 I am still debited R479 even though I am using the R250 plan then I am told I was paying for July 2022 where in July there took R479 already and since the 1st August 2022 I have been on the off peak R250 plan. How is that even possible ??
