******** and ******* - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY

I have been waiting for a refund from rain that was promised over six weeks ago! The refund is supposed to be processed within 7 to 10 business days. They are now completely ignoring email after email despite having been quick to reply when complaints are made on a public forum.
