A very good relationship that we had ruined over a very small issue, ever since I started using rain I never had any issues which required me to call their call center, network was always up and running I thank them for that.

But now everything good has turned to a nightmare, it very painful that cancellation request take more than 3 months without a reason, I have stopped using rain services in April due to relocation. I called your call center to have my month to month subscription cancelled, that was not done. I used self service option from you website to cancel still it was not cancelled, all you do is to process payments from my bank card as you please you triple debit ,some times double debit like I owe you, I am tired of sending you emails that you don't reply to and I am not making any more calls it very expensive to make an international call from where I am, you should be doing what is right.

I am tired of chasing after you, just do as you please take all the money in my account if you want, but this not the last you see my comment and I am still going to make a lot of review from the internet.
