I have given up on Rain as an ISP. This is the second time in less than a month that I have to complain about network speed. Is 0.2mb/ps really the best you can offer? REALLY?? If anything else, Rain needs to define what their service is as clearly the evidence of what I get is NOT what they advertise. Not only did they mess with my account and cut me off half way through the month, but this is the second time that I have complained about the lack of speed on their network in less then a month. I wake up every morning and wonder if RAIN will be usable. If this is a real review, I would recommend those shopping for an ISP to rather use AfriiHost, they are more reliable and can beat 0.2mb/ps with their eyes closed. Rain is a **** and have ZERO business ethic.

***. Also ease take note that we stay 600m away from your tower, so please don't tell me to move my router closer to a window, or whatever BS. Considering that we have done this dance before,earlier this month, and like I have said. I have given up on you. I will not be continuing doing business with you. You will not be receiving any payment from me and I have found another ISP. Thank God, I pay you via your app and have not allowed a debit order, in that way I am guaranteed never to hear from you again. You almost cost me my job, and I work too hard to spend my money on whatever you think your "service" is. So you can **** off.
