When you thought it cannot get worse, you wake up and find out that you've been billed for up to R250.00 just because it is a new month. Let alone the outstanding refund that is still owed to you and not been processed. yet you are billed immediately upfront. now apparently it takes 7 to 14 working days to finalise. these ******** should be removed from the industry. no sense of business ethics
