STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO!!

<div>I logged a call,. I need to access the internet as i am working from home, but rain refuses to contact me despite me emailing them NUMEROUS times and even after they acknowleged me on facebook. They have my banking details and i now have to go to the bank to block them from taking money out of my bank account!!! STAY AWAY Reference nr of complaint: ***</div>

And of course rain just lies and lies.. In excess of 20 emails and support logs, i still have not recevied ANY contact from rain!! pathetic!!! pathetic!!

Hello Rain / Fattima / ThembekaI recently got a rain sim card and registered on your website. I entered my banking details.I tried to rica 20 times using the correct documents but it DOES NOT WOR****!! IT DOES NOT WOR****!!!!!!Since then i have sent over 80 emails and support requests over and over and over. I have inboxed you people onfacebook as well. over 100 facebook comments explaining my problem as well as a hellopeter.com complaint

I have not received a single response/support/help since I gave you people my bank details. Will you assist me and getme up and running with your sim card, or do i now need to drive down to to my bank and request that they block rain deductionsfrom my bank accounts?

COME ON GUYS!!! - I really need this, and having to try over 100 times to get support is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!
