**** RUN BY RAIN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

I received a call from rain promoting their 5G service, I was in a rush and did not have time for the conversation, so said yes.

The following day I got another call, and asked pertinent questions regarding the power unit in the device.

I was told the device needed to be plugged in, in order to work.

I then requested that the device and sim order be cancelled, as it was not conducive to Eskom loadshedding - You know, the "scheduled" rolling blackouts we are treated to.

The consultant confirmed that the order had not been shipped and was cancelled.

Rain via Ram hand to hand, still attempted to deliver the device.

After speaking to Ram, they confirmed the device and sim would be sent back to Rain.

On the day it was due to be delivered, the sim card was activated.

THIS IS ***** as there was no RICA done, nevermind the fact that the device and sim were never delivered.

Rain has exclusive power to activate a sim card, it does not happen "automatically" ... You remember RICA?

In addition to the ***** of activating the SIM card, RAIN has charged me for the SIM card they **********LY activated at twice the cost of the data package I currently use.

It seems RAIN needs to run a **** and commit ***** to earn money.
