**** rain debiting my account even after I long canceled and not using their poor internet

This company is a **** they claim its a month to month cover but even after you cancel they still debiting while you no longer using their poor internet, so I want my money back as my account was long canceled and when u call them on the support side they is no answer but on the sales side they pick up fast and as soon as you tel them the issue they transfer you back to forever holding the line
