**** Internet service provider

This is the 3rd review and my complain has not been resolved. Yvone responded by asking my email address but nothing was done. I'm still complaining because this network company has taken my R479 and never give me service that I deserve. They bill me R479 from my credit card on the 9th July 2020 but I used their service till the 16th July 2020. The data was not availalbe for me then I waited until 1st August but I could get anything. So the entire month of August they couldn't fix my complain until I cancel their sim on the 28th August. On the 1st September I was billed R231 and they said its for August. I haven't used their service because of their inefficiency. In July I used thier service for only10 days meanwhile I made the payment of R479. So this was ****************, how can I paid for August meanwhile I couldn't use it becuase of their stupid mistake. They allocated me the data for R250 meanwhile i paid R479. They failed to fix the problem until the 28th August 2020. I need my refund because l don't think it was fair to pay R479 for 10 days and another R231 for nothing. I wont rest until the justice is done.
