**** business, *****s your money and does not provide any service

I app**** to activate a sim card with this so-called business in February, little did I know it was never activated, yet they had the audacity to charge me for a service that was not activated. After numerous times telling their customer service department it was not working, they finally agreed with me after three months of complaints and made it seem they would rectify the situation. Ever since that last communication, I have yet to hear anything from them, was only refunded for one month, when they charged me for three and it is STILL inactive. Now, I receive no response and it seems I fell for a ****. I will be having my lawyer contacting them and dealing with this, since it seems only legal action will get my money back.
