**** and Bad service

Can rain stop ******** us. last month i was told that my services is suspended have to pay them of which i did but they failed to explain why i must pay them. Your Network is always unstable and when i log a a call regarding intermittent and no connection no one responded. Now my services is suspended I've been told that i own you guys R97 of which it doe not make sense to me yet last month i paid you without you guys explaining to me what am i owing you. i cant keep paying for for service that is not rendered. Can Rain fix your issues and restore my service and pay back me back for the two weeks that i have not been able to access the internet or use your service.
