**********. Worst Service Provider Ever!
I am very upset with Rain. Such a terrible internet service provider. I was told that the wifi was not a contract you can cancel anytime. I did cancel. Now they have the ****** nerve to deduct on a savings account that I never gave them authority to deduct from as they were deducting from a different account. What a ****. How on earth do you find other people's bank accounts and have the odesity to deduct money without my authority. That is *******, worst part I canceled my subscription and they didn't cancel from their side. I don't have words. This service provider is not to be trusted. Never again will I ever use your services. You have taken my money for nothing without me even using your services.

Today you took money from my capitec account that I never gave you authorization to debit from. How on earth did you get authority to do that. When I want my money you guys say you won't be able to refund. What you did is *******. I never even gave you my capitec account. How on earth did you guys manage to get that? I WANT MY MONEY! You have no right to debit from an account that you had no authority of. Had it been FNB the 1 I gave authorization for, I would be disputing cancelation only, but now it's cancelation and you took my money *******ly. That is totally wrong.
