**********. DONT GET Rain. I’ve NEVER been so disgusted by someone who takes your money in PROMISE of a service and then DISAPPEARS. Literally DISAPPEARS. I paid for the 5G unit and I NO INTERNET- Even WiFi doesn’t connect - but the Device is ON and shows there’s a strong WiFi and 4G signal. Their website CLAIMED my area has strong 5G signal - when I got the device and connected it the 5G signal would always show as weak and none of My devices can get Internet when I attempt to connect to 5G forcing me to only use the 4G. For a week now , I have had to find alternatives to get my work done. The 4G doesn’t connect anymore let alone the NON EXISTENT 5G- There’s NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT except email and THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I’m stuck with a device I can’t use. SAVE YOURSELF- DONT GET RAIN . PROTECT your peace of mind and hard earned money - they are ********
