I have been trying to get my account cancelled for three months and yet I still keep getting a notification of them trying to deduct from an account I'm no longer using. They claim their service are month to month however they keep billing and putting my name in arrears. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICES TO ANYONE.

I will be waiting for a call with a reference number to confirm cancellation coz replying on this site and still not sorting the issue is very useless to me.
