I cancelled my account in APRIL. Paid the last installment as they had said I had to and just got debited from them in DECEMBER. How does this make sense ? When I call them they say that I must provide bank statements ?? Utterly ridiculous because if there was an amount outstanding why am I being debited only in December when I had loooong closed my account.
