It’s a ****. They say you can choose month to month but they actually sign you up for a contract. Then they tell you you have arrears every month and there is no button to cancel. They also don’t reply to service request emails or phone calls. Don’t give them your payment information.

09 Apr 2022, 07:24A week later and nothing has been done. They still haven’t cancelled my sim that was meant to be month to month. DO NOT USE RAIN!! It’s a nightmare! Rather use a reliable network.
