Rain is a rip-off and their service is pathetic. I signed up for their 5G. had decent internet for two weeks. After that I had no internet at all for over a month. I requested a cancellation and had to follow up every day for about two weeks before they could collect their router. They collected it a week ago and I still have not gotten my refund.
