Save yourselves, Cancel Now.

The worst internet provider in South Africa, terrible connectivity on the 4G R479 package at sub 1mbs speeds, terrible service where no a single agent has contacted me. Now my service does not work at all. Don’t waste your time people, there’s countless headaches with this service, don’t be fooled by the R479pm uncapped all day, it doesn’t work, you will sit all day resetting your router to find out it’s the service and no one will help you. Cost is not everything, pay a little extra if you have too and go with a service provider that will actually provide a service. In this lockdown COVID time we are in, we need and rely on our internet service but it’s unfortunate that RAIN as a provider doesn’t understand the need of the people in this trying times. It’s just a pity that it’s all about the Money

Oh please, a company that should value the service they provide to a customer should atleast have someone human provide a response. Either too many complaints or don’t care.

It’s been 9 days since this review and still no one has contacted me. Honestly what a joke as a service but I guess the jokes on me/us as rain subscribers as we continue to pay for “no” services they enjoy the revenue so much to the extend of sponsoring the cricket. Praised so highly by Cricket SA and everyone involved with the solidarity cup yet Rain takes the hard earned money from honest working South Africans to fund other areas that make them look great instead of providing the promised service as intended. To Khaya Dlanga (chief marketing officer) of rain, i suggest you help your customers first before marketing your business in the words of “solidarity” because you are doing a great disservice to your customers.
