Save you bs...for a Rain-y day!!

Rain, what a bunch of ******** you are. I had no problem paying upfront and I must say, the sim delivery was really fast (thanks to RAM couriers). It is amazing how the courier company is able to collect the sim from you during lockdown. WELL DONE ON PREPPING THIS WELL! Someone must have supp**** it to them?? Funny how no one at Rain is available to Rica and activate the sim within 24hrs as stated on your website?? NOT PREPPED AT ALL! Here I am at home trying to talk to your useless bot. Don't even go on about email and live chat! No replies to my countless mails and being disconnected from live chat after being qeued for 1h30min at a time. I can confidently say your "chat service" has no one on the other side to chat to. That is why it "disconnects" after every hour or so. No wonder it prompts that Eskom message before I am qeued..smartly done!! I'm sure you are fooling a lot of people, hahaha!! How is the type of company that should be so well connected and specialized in data connectivity, not connected to their customers?? Have you run out of data bundles? Please, I know it is lockdown but then tell your customers upfront you will not be available to assist and DON'T take the money. I could have rather paid another reliable service provider instead, at least they can still be contacted.
