Saurabh Kadam is the name of the agent who is working on my case. I have cancelled my services with rain and no one was able to help me for 3 weeks, the router was never picked up and I was getting charged still. And I kept calling about the matter and Saurabh is the only agent who escalated the matter and explained thoroughly what the problem was. He said he will help me cancel the services and get the router to be picked up!
