Satisfied Customer! My service requests were all resolved :)

Boipuso L. did an excellent job with my last service request. It's a pitty there appears to be little similar effort from the rest of the company. I'll be patient with Boipuso, but the reason I'll recommend RAIN products to anyone is because their products are not unreasonably priced. As long as service from RAIN remains wanting, I'll also recommend to customers that they don't be too impatient with expected service delays. All of my service requests since sign-up were resolved. In my observations, this company is doing well in improving, in spite of an environment forcing most companies to close.
