Same old, same old, ****mers...

Well, I guess it's my own fault I m still with this jokers, The reason I have not been complaining is because I got tired, everything is still the same, very poor connection, hardly ever works especially during peak hours. I don't care even if you don't fix it, I m just warning others. I am at 0.43 mbps, the highest I got today was 1.22 mbps, and guess what I paying for, 100 mbps, stand to be corrected by you of cause, lol, you just a bunch of ****mers. I m just so tired of this, I m even loughing as I m typing this, because a debit of 750 went off yesterday, and I can't even watch a sample catch up.

Hey Brian,

Please be advised that we do see that you are connected to your closest active 5G tower in your surrounding area, however, we have refreshed your connection, and we would suggest placing the router in the last room in the house on a high platform or windowsill facing the corner of (Silbark Street and Umtholo Street). Reboot your device, and check for a connection. Once you have completed the process, run a speed test via the provided website: https://speed.rain.co.za/.

Regards,
rain.

Best regards,

Hey Brian,

We would suggest resetting the device back to the factory settings, underneath the router, you will notice a small keyhole that states reset next to the SIM slot. You would require a pin, place the pin in the keyhole and hold the reset button until the device resets itself. Once completed, test the connection.
