Same old Rainbow service as always

So I cancelled my 5G WIFI on the Rainbow App as I am supposed to do, It was done on the 1st of January 2022. Was informed by the app that someone will call to arrange for the return of the router ect. Today is the 12th and nobody has called? If someone is going to call one day, please call after 17.00, cannot take calls at work.
