Good day friends I trust all is well I am sick and tired of rain has our internet service provider they are so *********** especially management .I paid rain once again 28 march 2023 cause my services was disconnected as mentioned before my service does not run in arrears but In advance on the third April services was cut once again I speak to Sakshi busari team leader from India doesn't know what she is saying or doing advised me my account is in arrears payment so I asked her when I joined rain in June 2022 where is that money since I pay in arrears did I pay for may ? When I haven't even had your services ? She said don't worry sir she will call me back today is 15 April 2023 12 days later without any call or follow up how the **** does this internet service provider do business they are ripping people off and to top it up the managers are ***********. I would like to speak to Sakshi busaris manager regarding this matter when I called in so many times and advised rain we dont want to be in the arrears method but nothing seems to change since they rob people day and night 365 days a year for their money . Leave rain this is a rogue company with *********** staff who does not know what they are doing absolutely pathetic internet service provider . Don't do business with rain they are ****ed up useless company!
