I'd like to send my regards to Sake Dubulekwele, i had been struggling with the Rain network everyday since this month of July started practically, been losing hours of work productivity and only yesterday it felt like it was the first time i encounter a consultant who was willing to help me with the connectitivity problem. it really takes alot to feel understood in conversation, we could easily understand each other in the dialog and he was able to practice empathy & put himself in my shoes with the problem i was experiencing..
