On the 14th November 2023. my RAIN WIFI was not working after the hailstorm. I phoned the Helpdesk for assistance.

Safanelwa Sithole assisted me quickly and professionally and my WIFI was restored immediately.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for a job well done!
