SAD, PATHETIC AND DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

I ordered a 5G sim and router on 13 June 2021, I was then called by CCD couriers the next day to confirm the delivery date, We agreed that they would deliver on Friday 18 June which they didnt. On saturday i get a call from them and i'm told that they couldnt deliver because i didnt have the supporting documents (lie Number1). Then the next person calls and says my adress is incomplete thats why they couldnt come (lie number2). They then said they would deliver the next Wed which i refused and demanded they delivered on Monday. Rain confirmed that Chris from logistics has sent an instruction for delivery on Monday however CCD later called and told me they cant deliver as they do not have drivers in my area for Monday. I then informed rain that i want to cancel the order and a lady called Merchelene Booysen calledme and told me the refund will take 7-14 days and asked f theres anything they can do. I told her if she can arrange for Tuesday morning then i'll consider. She said she will go and CHECK something and call me back before we cancel. I agreed, but SURPRISE she did not call back and when i logged on i realised that she went ahead and cancelled without coming back to me.

I now have to wait 7-14 days for my refund. 1 i receive poor service from them, 2 i still have to wait 2 weeks for money that was debited from my account on the same day i placed the order. I dont mean to pull the race card but i believe if i was awhite person this would have never happened and Rain would have bent over backwards to make sure this was delivered today.
