Sad and disappointed - Still being charged

Hi

I have been charged again this month after asking over 5 times to be downgraded to the off-peak unlimited package and no one has responded. Your customer service is absolutely non-responsive and really is a shame. I will need to cancel as soon as someone can actually speak to me on a phone to sort this out. sad and disappointed
