SAD

Its the second time in a week I think writing about service rendered. I paid for an upgrade that never happened (Rain one) and never received the 2 sim cards that came with the package (this was paid in May 2023). I cancelled a second router and cant now sign up for rain one as the system still says I am signed to one. No one is able to assist and I am not even given time lines on when things will be sorted out. I am really dissatisfied with the service
