On the 7th, rain rep**** to my review about a terrible speed saying their engineers is implementing changes that gradually improve my speed during peak hours, well, is either you **** to me, or your engineer is incapable because I m still having the same issue.

Unless if you think we are stupid enough to not know that this a CAPICITY ISSUE, not hardware, not even the tower, instead of deflection, increase your lines to meet the demand.
Im at a speed of 0.1 Mbps right now, now take that as a time stamp and fix it.
