S**** internet service company excellent connection yet no F****internet servive

I am very ****ed with this company and i cant take it anymore we are dealing with loadshedding and now rain is behaving same as eskom i reffered someone a month ago and they subscribed for the 1000 wifi and he took two of that option i rold gim how wonderful the internet is but i was F*** wrong everyday two hours before loadsheding i dont have internet service in my house why? I have been sitting here since 8pm without internet only had it for an hour after lifhts came back and that was it and half the time it will disconnect how many times does one have to complain about the same thing until this **** is sorted out i pay my service witbout a fail monthly but i do t get my money's worth i am sick of this compa y and i am moving to another company this rain internet is sure useless for me and my family and i am going to tell the ppl i helped to subscribe to find other compabies with better connections cause soon rhey are going to be complaining just like me rain is all talk but no internet service.
