This will be the possibly 4th review for rain. Do not sign up with Rain. I requested cancellation months ago, after not being assisted, leaving multiple reviews only after Hello Peter reviews do they actually phone you, I cancelled via a consultant over the phone, I've cancelled via WhatsApp app many a times, I've again spoken to consultant.. Its been months and still now weekly the try push debit orders, I get billed for failed Debit order runs and they've spike my account up to a balance of R6000.00 owing. Pathetic. and after all these fights and bad reviews and calls ect ect never ending story ..... Still my subscription is not cancelled and they just keep billing and pushing debit order runs. I'm sick f this company. Then the WhatsApp line (the only way of some kind of communication) states time and again they've logged a support ticket , but somehow can NEVER supply you with a ticket number as reference they've actually done their bladey job. PATHETIC.
