Where on earth are your call centres based because each time it sounds as if I am speaking to people from India that don't understand simple and basic English. I had canceled my services with you'll ages ago and you have the nerve to ******* take money out of my account yesterday which is f*#king ******* you *****s. Your manager Gaurish is another dork...I want a refund otherwise I'll be taking this to the Ombudsman and Court..
