Rain Is a ***** company, that rip people off. I recent reported them on this platform for sealing money from my account and not providing me with the services I paid for. Last month they decide to close my account on the 15th of may after paying them on the 25th of April. I then call d them to complain but did not receive any assist, again today they have shut off my internet, I did pay them on 30th of July. I should be connected until the 1st of August, yet I’m shut off. I’m sick of these people ***** us Please help

On last review I was promised to be re-embraced for the 2 months of no internet connectivity due to blocked SIM card. Transaction were going through and still no internet and now you have cut off my internet while I have paid you in full
