Ruthless rain service /unfair service /********

On the 1st of April , rain deducted R1430 from account then two week back they only refunded R475 the rest of the money is till not refunded ,I am getting round around about my own money ,I am being charged for a service I did not use just because rain you are ruthless to have our accounts when we buy the simcard now you abuse that privilege by taking money in our accounts even after we have cancelled your non existent network .i want my money .The speed you used to deduct money from my account can it be the speed you use to return the money .how can you be so ruthless .Do not be ******** .I want my money !
