Running double debit orders

Good day

I have cancelled my rain account on the 25/07/2021. I have been in contact with an consultant of Rain to end my subscription date the 31st of July 2021 and to arrange collection of the device. Now my account is being credited twice:

Standard Bank: R699.00 purchased from *** at Rain.2021-08-02 Query? ***

Standard Bank: R699.00 purchased from *** at Rain. 2021-07-26 Query? ***

PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION & DO MY REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
