24 Jan 2023, 11:38The response from Rain has been and will always be pathetic and very robotic. Towers are unreliable and forever experiencing maintenance. Whenever there is loadshedding in the neighbouring areas, to which I am linked, i have to suffer the gruelling 4-6 hours downtime. Even when we have normal electricity running. Wake up, Rain! Work on your Customer service model.
