Run as fast as you can from Rain

Unfortunately I am not able to give zero stars. I read through the reviews and it is obvious that Rain only respond on positive reviews. It is useless to ask for a call back they never do, you have to call them and be prepared to wait a long time before they answer. Oh yes and you pay just for the priveleged to be a Rain customer if you cancel they try daily to take the money from your account, it doesn't matter to them that they push your bank account in the red even if you are unemployed. If you changed your payment date from 25 to the first of the month you pay a double subscription although they say you pay upfront for the service. Bad bad bad they are *********** trusting consumers
