Run around for cancellation

Been trying to cancel rain since 15th may 2024, everytime you call them, you on hold for an hr+, the other day i got hold of a lady by the name of Sindi who promised to get someone from cancellations to cancel this subscription its been 2 weeks and im still waiting worse part their internet which is R600 buffs 8 times a day, please cancel this subscription and stop taking my money,
