Rude staff, deducting more than once

Rain wifi is a nightmare. We changed the deduction dates from the 25th to 31st this was in March after they deducted on the 25th of March. In the 01 of April they switched it off when we called they said we must pay again since we changed the day even tho we just paid on the 25th of March. They are staff they are rude and they don’t know their job they take u frm pillar to post with is irritating. We ddnt use their service the whole of April. We then paid on the 28 of April. Today they deducted the money frm my account when we call them to say we paid already they cnt help us. They say the money we paid was for March the one they deducted is for April which is completely insane because they deducted in March and we paid in April. They dont know what is happening at their work place it is clear that they are not trained. We want our money. Your network is forever offline.
